Nestled in the Ammonoosuc Valley at the base of 6,288-foot Mt. Washington, the Bretton Woods Nordic Ski Area is one of the largest cross-country facilities in the East. The area boasts a 100-kilometer (62-mile) trail network that caters to skiers of all ability levels. Trails are groomed with a machine-made track for traditional skiers and a skate lane on the inside for skate skiers and snowshoers.The natural beauty of the trail network is breathtaking.
