Alpine Meadows Ski Area |
Alpine Meadows Ski Resort offers skiers and snowboarders 2000 acres of the most varied terrain in Tahoe: six bowls, steep chutes, gentle glades, and endless cruisers have made Alpine Meadows the locals’ favorite. This family area offers all-inclusive ski weeks and affordable ski school programs, including learn-to-ski or learn-to-snowboard packages. Alpine Meadows introduces a brand new 600-foot long superpipe and a terrain park with more than 25 hits, rails, and quarterpipes. Alpine Meadows is located six miles northwest of Tahoe City off Highway 89 and 13 miles south of Interstate 80 at Truckee, Calif. It is serviced by the Reno-Cannon International Airport.
