This charming guest house / apartment is available for rent at Jay Peak. Located in a private community on the side of a mountain offering spectacular views across to Haystack Mountain. Enjoy a spectacular holiday skiing or riding at nearby Jay Peak. If downhill skiing is not your thing, there are many other activities available, including snowshoeing or cross country skiing on our many trails. Hazen's Notch is located 10 minutes away and is known for its maintained x-country trails and excellent snowshoeing. Our private community includes approximately four miles of private roads that are great for walking. Or relax with a good book in front of the gas fireplace and watch the many species of birds.
Montgomery Center, home to six historical covered bridges and a variety of excellent restaurants is approximately five miles away.
Canada with several charming towns is located approximately twenty minutes to the north with Montreal about a 1 1/2 hour drive away.
Stowe and Smugglers Notch Ski areas are a short 45 minute drive to the south.

Deposit: Security deposit $500 refundable after inspection. All security deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure assuming no damage.

Rates are subject to 9% VT Rooms and meals Tax.
Cleaning fee $60.
Cancellation 50% deposit refundable if cancelled up to 30 days prior to anticipated arrival after which it becomes non-refundable.
