Deposit of one nights' stay required at time of booking. The deposit will be held until post-departure when the property will be checked for damage and/or missing items.

Full payment required 30 days in advance (60 days at Christmas/New Years).
Cancellation
Fully refundable if refunded in more than 30 days less $100 USD. cancellation fee. Non refundable in less than 30 days unless the property can be rebooked. 60 days applies to Christmas and New Years bookings.
