Deposit Deposits/Confirmation
Deposit of 2 nights rental fee confirms the lodging reservation by the Royal Flush House LLC, and is subject to the clearance of funds. The balance of the lodging fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. Christmas & New Year reservations require the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. A charge card imprint of $350 for a refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in.

Number of Guests
The Royal Flush House has bedding for 12-18 guests. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house at any time is 18 unless otherwise pre-approved.
Cancellation Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made 45 days prior to arrival or your deposit may not be refunded. (Cancellations for Christmas Holiday or March reservations must be made 60 days prior to arrival to be eligible for a deposit refund.) In any case a handling charge equivalent to 1 day of rental will be charged upon cancellation.
